First off, I'm an FNG, so howdy!
I have a question, if anyone can answer it, please do.
I am planning to go to college and go to PLC during it. I was told by a recruiter that I had to be in the reserves to do so? Is that true? That is not what I have read and heard in the past few months of researching, etc.
Thanks.

First of all, welcome to the forum!

I am also planning on going to PLC during college. To answer your question, no, you don't have to be in the reserves to go to PLC. You apply anytime after your first semester of your freshman year. Did you talk to a regular recruiter? You probably want to talk to your Officer Selection Officer (OSO). You can look up your OSO online. They should have more information than a normal recruiter.
