Ok, all you have to do is have a pic.

We'll use this one:

Now the first thing you need to do is get the link of that pic, in the case of my pic the link is: http://www.sammyfranco.com/images/cfablack.jpg

Now then you will need to add [img] [/img]tags to both side of you link just like if you were makng a quote.
