Post; PC shut-down on timer

I am looking for a way of shutting my PC down completly at a specific time ie; setting a time, say 09:00 and the PC will complety shut down. Not hibernate or go to standby but actually shut down.
I can put a timer on the electrical outlet to cut the power to the PC but obviously this is not my first (or second) choice, as would be pretty bad for the computer
I have gon into the power settings but there is nowhere to select a specific time, if it helps, I am running XP Pro

EDIT:
All good, found a program.
