Yea, the German's are using this. It's a concept of the Paladin/Crusader.
I saw this on Future Weapons month ago, Thanks for the video though.
Its already being used in Iraqi, and a few nations use it. Royal Netherlands,Italy,Greece,Germany

You mean Afhganistan correct, could you tell me which components are shared between a Crusader and a PZH2000.
