Post; Panama Canal 1951


Here are snaps from my first trip at sea. The boy on Fresno Star (6000 ton cargo tub) calling up west coast of USA all ports to Vancouver Can.
Passing us in the lock is an Aircraft Carrier (US?)so I have close shot. These are the only photos I ever had of those days and only recently emerged from dusty files. i have a few more, one of the carrier at distance and some of the Panama Canal at that time.
