Post; Palin's Style of Government

http://www.nytimes.com/2008/09/14/us...I4ozB9qCeuCxRQ

Eerily similar to Bush's, complete with secret e-mails and giving cushy jobs to friends who know very little about the positions they're given.

I guess that just about puts her on a par with most politicians, given the power and opportunity.

I suppose it's "the style you have when you have no style", so to speak.

TOG, that's everyone. Everyone.
And the truth is, sometimes.. actually quite often you want someone in a powerful position you can trust rather than someone who is the most capable for the job. You'll prefer an arm slightly weaker that follows your every command rather than a real strong arm that's got a mind of its own.

She appears to have been most effective - 80% approval rating in her job is reported.

BTW - please don't think I am being partisan; just passing comment that's all. I would not slag any of America's candidates for these important posts.

Of course she has a high approval rating in Alaska, she brought Millions of Dollars of Federal earmarks into her state. Its the people in the those states who actually had to pay for these earmarks that aren't so fond of her.

I get this question a lot. I am from NYC. I fly a French flag because I work for the Paris Office of a International company.

It doesn't have to be mentioned in the article... It's understood... By most anyway.
