Intersting article, has anyone seen others to back this up or dispute the claim. I reckon that the Pk Army, which is so intertwined with industrial commmercial complex, reckons to carve itself a slice of land to play with - only it has bitten off more than it can chew. Simply put they are not up to the task of running a fractious region as well as fighting a war and trying to build commercial enterprises.
