However, let's break this down: 4 basic types of energy for the body Carbs- main source of energy. stick to mono- and disaccharides. Lipids- fats, steroids, waxes. Essential in small amounts Protein Nucleic Acids- no real affect on dietary intake. Cut back on the cards, and stay away from the lipids. But you need more than a good diet to get to a healthy weight- you need to work off all that adipose and cellulite. |
