Post; Online Cadet Corps!!

Hey everyone,

I am currently a Warrant Officer with the Royal Canadian Army Cadets, and I've been in it for 3 years. I'd like to get into the infantry in a few years.

I'm also a member of a great online corps, known as the Web Cadet Corps. This is exactly like your normal corps/unit/squadron/organization, but done online! Unfortunately, there's no drill. However there is an enormous base of training, ranks, promotions, medals, and achievements you can be a part of!

So come check us out! www.webcadets.com! If you have any questions, feel free to come to the forums at www.webcadets.com/forum and post your questions or comments.

When asked for a Referrer, please list it as WO(WCCA) Daniel Dickin. I can also be contacted with any of your questions at WCC.Dickin@gmail.com

Hope to see you there!

It was recommended that it go in the Cadet Forum, seeing as it's an online cadet corps.

However it's open for anyone who would like to join - civilians, cadets, officers, past military people... anyone

That's alright But you can also do everything that the "real" military does online. You can even show off your shiny shoes to everyone

I think your website is a neat idea, but don't get too carried away. You can't do everything the "real" military does, online or offline. Any credibility your site could have as being a unique and positive idea for young kids to learn will be ruined if you attempt to over sell it by pretending it is something it isn't.

Keep that in mind as you travel to different forums and advertise it.

Thank you for the tip I have always realized that, as being in cadets very easily shows the difference between the two.

All I can say is that we don't form up for drill And I don't know of too many people who would miss that!
