Its from Real War, the sh*tty Real-time Strategy game that includes the voice of R. Lee Ermey from Fully Metal Jacket. Originally it was intended to emulate the Joint Chiefs of Staff Training Game developed for the US military, but it reeks due the countless errors and bugs the game developers ignored. Hint, don't buy the game after seeing this, take my word for it.

Only the cinematic Video Clips are most impressive, nothing else.
