In the first place, to fulfil a solemn international obligation . . . an obligation of honor which no self-respecting man could possibly have repudiated. I say, secondly, we are fighting to vindicate the principle that small nationalities are not to be crushed in defiance of international good faith at the arbitrary will of a strong and overmastering Power. | The fire is everything... ![]() | Ahhh, where should I start... I love retro games, and I spent a significant amount of coins in the Arcade back in the "ol' days", before I got my first computer (and also after.. the good old Texas Instruments TI-99.. 1943 is certainly a classic, and Paper Boy as well.. And then we have the original Super Mario Bros Coin-up game, Ghosts'n Goblins, Wonderboy, Bubble Bobble, Test Drive, Pac-Man, Asteroids, Tetris etc. etc. etc. But one of the real classics I still can remember (and one of the first PC games I played), was Castles Adventure. 100% pure ASCII fun, no graphics at all... http://www.thealmightyguru.com/Revie...A-Screens.html Ah, the memories... Here's a great Arcade Machine Emoulator: It's actually called Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator (MAME) You can find a lot of the real good "oldies" for that one.. Got it on my computer, and it works (almost) perfectly. |
