Post; Ohio Judge Pictured With Che and Obama Posterin Office

Quote:
Ohio judge: State must change lethal injection law

ELYRIA, Ohio (AP) — A judge in Ohio says the state's method of putting prisoners to death is unconstitutional because two of three drugs used in the lethal injection process can cause pain.
Lorain County Common Pleas Judge James Burge said Tuesday the state's lethal injection procedure doesn't provide the quick and painless death required by Ohio law.
Burge said Ohio must stop allowing a combination of drugs and focus instead on a single, anesthetic drug.
The ruling is likely be appealed to the Ohio Supreme Court.
Ohio has executed 26 inmates since it resumed putting prisoners to death in 1999.

Can someone tell me what the Irony Meter Reading is for a Judge to complain about the methods of legal execution while have a poster on the wall of a notorious executioner?

Oh, and before I forget. Didn't Obama get busted for one of his campaign offices in Texas having a Che Flag?

Seems like a communist, supporting another communist, that worships a communist.

So instead of actually debating the issue at hand.....you are questioning the judge's choice in posters?

And then, after attacking someone's poster choices, you somehow tie that into something you heard once about an Obama campaign office somewhere in Texas having a che flag? Seems logical and credible.

Wow.

I mean, I love reading your posts for their entertainment value 5.56, but this is just pushing the envelope of.....sense.

If the pain is the issue, let's just bring back the guillotine.
I think the point about the poster is not the poster itself but what it reflects about the owner.
Personally not a big fan of feel good neo-Taoist crap.

The last sentence of 5.56's post sums it up very well.

Communism... what's everyone's obsession with sh*t that's had so many opportunities to work and has failed with flying colors every time?

I'd say that even though it doesn't work for all the people, the people in charge love it as they are the only ones who seem to live in prosperity.

In most Communist movements, people like the guys who love to support it nowadays were usually the ones lined up along a ditch and shot.

That wouldn't be a bad idea for today either, but unfortunately it's against the law.

And ironically the hippie MTV types who like to "reach out to the world" that tend to piss off those who live in far away places for being a bunch of valueless heathen who worship pornography. Until the GWOT that is.
It's so ironic.

The answer to your question 5.56, is that the world views Che as a resistance fighter not as a communist. And frankly today, hes more of a fashion statement than either of the above. People are uneducated in America
I bet a select few actually know who Che really was.

Aside from a Poster, there is nothing that suggests that the judge is a communist. I have a Hitler Youth knife on the wall, does displaying that automatically make me a Nazi?

And even if the judge is a communist, so what? This is America, you are allowed to be a communist.

I get this question a lot. I am from NYC. I fly a French flag because I work for the Paris Office of a International company.
