| Tribunus Laticlavius | It sounds like an admirable goal, however I firmly believe that it was only the probability of mutually assured destruction that prevented open conflict during the Cold War. As nice as it sounds, it would be well nigh impossible to administer and there would always be a couple put away for a rainy day, and rogue states who would not comply.

| Banned ![]() | i think the perfect step would be eliminating ICBM's from the inventory. that still leaves the US with a gravity bomb and cruise missile armament. but means that there would be more time to end a conflict....with ICBM's and sub launched nukes, 8 minutes is all the time you have |
