Reuters - U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice hinted on Monday that North Korea could be dropped from a U.S. terrorism blacklist before fully accounting for the Japanese citizens it abducted in the 1970s and 1980s.

That's right. But one thing is that I still trust Bush and company when it comes to dealing with these regimes. Let's see what president Bush will do. I hope he does something good! May be they're working on something we have no clue about.
 
Well they just sold nuclear tech to a terrorist supporting country so there goes that!
