This is a little late, but it is executed in the same manner as a 4 man CG. The American flag mark times and does two left flanks until he/she has turned around. Than the rest of the flags will continue to march forward X steps than to a column left/right until they reach who they are supposed to be next to. At this point they face in and continue to mark time until the next command is called. It sounds complicated, but if you actually see it, its simple. Just look on youtube for a 4 man CG.
