the answers to your questions are in the questions section adn the FAQ. As for the bucks to pay for it, there is an unofficial rule of no "begging". Most milbucks have to be earn by posting, but not spamming.

What exactly is your question? If you want to know how to get a picture up, check out the "Questions" and "Forum Features" forums. If you want help finding a picture, then post a request in the "Questions" forum.

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT post a new question in that forum asking "how do I get the avatar to work," it will cause me to become upset.
