| Tribunus Laticlavius | Marines often have to go with out the comforts of home, having to do with what they have. Sleeping with their pack as a pillow, and their parka as a blanket. Navy now they really have it tough. Expescially with that pool of theirs, not being able to drink beer, and waiting for service to bring them another coke. Not to mention someone has to blow it and fill it up everyday. Air force just go down to your local Ramada Inn to see how bad they ruff it.

| Tribuni Angusticlavii | Yeah..it got rougher on us AF troopers when they switched to the Holiday Inns..the pool was only heated to 70 degrees and the resteraunt that served the crepes just didnt have what it took to make a decent brandy sauce... |

| Optio | You know that Gulf war 1 story? THe Army and the Air Force get their $$$ to set their main bases. The Army set up a perimeter, dig trenches, add barbed wires and early warning systems, set up secured communications, build all the shelters for the supplies (ammo, food, fuel...), level the parking and build the accesses, set the command post....and runs short of $$$. When asking for more, the question comes: are you operational? Yessir is the answer! no extra $ !!! The Air force build the clubs (officers, NCOs, Rank), puT a swimming pool, add a little practice Green, a movie theater, a gym and a sauna, a huge BX and nice quarters........and runs short of $. When asking for more, the question comes: are you operational? No , they reply; we need a control tower, communications, a couple of runways, air defense system, a perimeter, ammunitions, bunkers for the planes.... AND THEY GET THE XTRA $$$$!!!
