Well I'm a C/1SG and to get my cadets I do what is we call Motivation Check... I ask/yell CHARLIE COMPANY, ARE YOU MOTIVATED!? the reply is supposed to be(only your cadets or whatever): MOTIVATED, MOTIVATED! DOWN RIGHT DEDICATED! YOU CHECK US OUT! YOU CHECK US OUT! HOOAH! another one would be: Highly motivated, Truly dedicated. Rough, tough, lean, mean. Motivated, motivated, motivated, (RANK)! Dedicated, dedicated, dedicated, (RANK)! I want PT, (rank), I love PT! I like it, I love it, I want more of it! Move like lightning, sound like thunder, We put the enemy six feet under, (COMPANY)!
