| Forum Health Inspector | Post; The More Things Change...Ed. Note: I believe this was written sometime in 1992... ---- MY BROTHER TODD and our older sister Dawn are both in the Air Force. Todd was deployed to the Persian Gulf last December, while Dawn's unit remained in the States. Soon after the completion of Operation Desert Storm, Dawn called home and said her division might be sent to the Gulf to pack up equipment. "Things never change," Mom told her.
