I noticed that your site is reporting that Montana's Legislature is concidering HB 479, for the establishment of a State Guard. As an update; HB 479 was tabled in Committee on 02/19/2009, missed the deadline for general bill transmittal on 02/26/2009 and died in Standing Committe on 04/28/2009.
