I have a few choice words for this, but I'll refrain.

Stupid idea. And offensive.

Oh, and what after (if) they banned obese people? What happens when one is 10lbs over weight? 20lbs? Or maybe they should ban people by their BMI. I'd like to see them try and keep me outta Lone Star. I would chew through the walls. Humph.
