Well, then I will give some clues.
Total number of these vehicles produced: 620
Armament: initially 37mm guns, but due to shortage of these, equipped with 3 machine guns.
Crew:3
weight:10.2 t
After 1941, production of almost all these vehicles ceased, very few serving at 1942. Some saw action in Far east at 1945
These vehicles influenced the production of the "Matilda" tank.

I think there are enought clues, isn't it?
