1. You must purchase a 6 number "ticket" for only 5milbucks from me.

4. Do not repeat any of the numbers.
5. Do not tell me the numbers on your ticket.
6. Post your ticket numbers by Saturday, on Sunday -8 GMT i'll post my numbers without reading any of your posts.

Basically donate 10milbucks to me, so i can make sure ur a valid player.
Every 10milbucks is one row of numbers like:
I will not be making up the ticket numbers, therefore i wont know whos gonna win or not before hand. Its all based on luck.

Ok again I really don't care but the odds are VERY VERY high.
As to forcing someone to play, it's an issue of getting someone to play that I'm talking about.
Lastly when you say you'll fix it so someone wins, then it's not a lotto and it then takes on the chance of being rigged.
My suggestion for a fun lotto....
any number four digits long (1 in 10000 odds)
numbers cost 5 bucks
wining number matches the NY daily pick 4 for the same date (fully random and verifiable).
Pot is 50% of the total, the other 50% stays to build the next pot.
But it's a moot point as it was clearly stated one should "earn" points.
