U.S. military says medical evacuation helicopter makes hard landing north of
Baghdad, no injuries reported

BAGHDAD, Iraq - (AP) A U.S. military medical evacuation
helicopter made a hard landing north of Baghdad on Friday with no injuries
reported, the military said.
The military confirmed a report on an incident involving a Blackhawk
helicopter in Tarmiyah, 50 kilometers (30 miles) north of Baghdad.
"What we can confirm right now is the medevac Blackhawk made a hard
landing, but did not crash. At this time, there are no injuries reported,"
the military said.
