Topic: Marine Cadence Call

First of all this was my first cadence while i ran in formation and called cadence during a benefit run in my hometown not to long ago. no disrespect it just made me feel good. and it can be switched around for which ever branch.

after each line is called the formation answers
this was the first time for me and i was told that if by the end of the tree mile run if i could speak i was doing it wrong. my abs were in great pain after the run simply because i was yelling the ENTIRE time and running at a fast pace for my fat arse. But i loved it. Funny how much i loved it. Lots of attn from ppl on the street and driving by in cars. i just loved it.
