I think it's almost impossible to find the original author of this quote..

I have seen it used in murphy's laws, bumper stickers and a lot of quotes/sayings collections....

Yeah, me too, so I guess I shouldn't feel bad about not crediting anyone. Guess it's more of a saying than a quote anyway, huh?
