| Forum Health Inspector | Post; Let Me Rephrase the Question...OUR SQUADRON in Vietnam was experiencing a shortage of air-crew personnel, which meant each of us had to fly extra missions. The general held a briefing and then opened the floor to questions. "Sir," one flier asked, "when will the pilot-navigator undermanning problem be relieved?" "Captain," replied the general curtly, "there is no shortage of personnel in theater." "Let me rephrase my question," the captain said.
