Post; Leadership Training

ON A BRIGHT, sunny day at Randolph Air Force Base near San Antonio, several of us were strolling back to the office after lunch. One member of our group mentioned that he'd seen geese winging north that morning, maintaining perfect formation. "I've often wondered," mused another officer, "how a flock selects the one who leads the point of the V."

"Simple, sir," the group's junior member said. "He's had some ROTC."
