Sgt Matthew Locke MG of the SAS who was killed in action in Afghanistan yesterday. Sgt Locke MG was decorated with the medal of gallantry for actions on a previous deployment to Afghanistan in 2005.

Rest in peace mate. Don't worry about your family, they're part of the regiment as much as you are, and they are in good hands.
