If you go to a busy train station in Japan - the odds are that there will be a Starbucks at the entrance and one across the street. If you walk through the station and go out the other side, there will be a Starbucks and across the street will be another one.
I stayed at the New Sanno (military) Hotel in Tokyo and if you went around the corner in one direction there was a Starbucks and if you left the hotel and turned the opposite direction, there would be another one within a 2 block walk.
