Post; Lack of spares grounds Polish F-16s

I was reading this article at www.f16.net and it claiming Poland's new Block-52 are grounded because of lack of spare parts? I though the user is responsible for buying and stocking spares? Are their any F-16 types here who would know if this is true or not? Did anybody else hear about this seems something isn't right. I didn't see this in the other places I look for aviation news. Could be a Polish maintenance crews at fault but to be fair they haven't had those birds for long. The Polish Vipers are hot **** models can fire all kinds of goodies plus anti-radar missile too, Chile's Vipers can't. Poland bought a **** load of missiles too 120-C, 9M, and 9X, plus goodies that go boom.

Don't you have to order them separately?

Heck, maybe those spares they ordered ran out. Then again, you'd have a better idea. You're air force.
