| Tribuni Angusticlavii | Post; Knee PadsBasically, I'm in a scenario paintball team and need some knee protection for when I drop to my knees and go prone. I'm assuming the army's kneepads are going to be the right thing for me since I use my knees in the same way the professionals do. So I was wondering if any of you could point me into a direction to find what the real millitary guys use nowadays. Thanks. |

| Milforum Moderator ![]() | Check the Law Enforcement Supply catalogs. The knee pads used by the military are the same as the ones used by LE SWAT teams. You can get a good pair four about 15.00 bucks.

| Tribuni Angusticlavii | Yeah, I my mate and I just purchased a pair online tonight. But just to satiate my curioisity, does the U.S. Army supply kneepads or would servicemen have to buy them themselves? |

| Forum Digger | www.kitbag.com.au The Australian army, for example, doesn't provide them cos they are seen as a bit of a soft option to need knee pads.
