It is just "FACTA NON VERBA" = "DEEDS NOT WORDS"

I E-mailed the Department of National Defense about the unit's Motto Back in the Kosovo affair. They informed me of what I have written above. The part about the hammer and scalpel, does not exist. Also if you visit the DND website you can access JTF2's official website and see for your self.

Hmmm...looks like you're right. I couldn't find it anywhere. I was just told the first part by my chief.
