Most of the actors were pretty fit before the movie.

As for how, work out, eat protein, etc. Same type of advice in the other thread.

I have yet to see it. But I will make an observation on posters comments here.

On the real side of life: Marines firing rifles in the air for no good reason. . . sorry I don't see it happening more than once and that person(s) would be severely reprimanded for misconduct and endangering friendly personnel.

Law of Physics: What goes up must come down. Where it comes down is anyone's guess.

Overall a very good movie, in my opinion. The firing into the air at the end of it wasn't very believable, mind you.
