If you like state law i'd like to remind you that the Russian Federation is a name given to the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic in 1991 after it had withdrawn from the Soviet Union. In 1945, Kuril islands became part of exactly Russian SFSR.

Natives..? Several centuries ago no one lived on that islands, and several thousand years ago all people lived in Africa and were black. How do we define who was native and who was occupant? If one used your logic we would have to redraw an entire world map.

P.S. By the way, Ainu have nothing to do with the Japanese or the Koreans, they are much more ancient people. For example, since 13 millenium B.C. all modern Japan belonged to Ainu until the Japanese kicked them off to Kuril islands. So what, we should ask the Japanese to go back where they came from in 10 century B.C. and return an entire archipelago to its native people?

Then USA should get out of Native American and Mexican land. Give up Texas, California, New Mexico, Arizona, all the Navajo, Mohawk, Iroques territorries; above mentioned Alaska, since it belongs to Inuks and Inupiates.

All Europeans then should get out of Canada, Australia. White people should leave South Africa. Etc. Not to mention most of Jerusalem should not be part of Israel.
