Peter Chiarelli, the second-ranking U.S. commander in Baghdad said Friday. In an interview, CBS Evening News anchor Bob Schieffer the President's National Security advisor, Stephen Hadley said that the military may not reach that goal by the summer, but is making progress toward that goal.
