| Tirones | You guys are both correct. The cause of this war was based mostly on the millions of people immigrating into West Bengal. This caused a major shift of religion in the Indian province, affecting the Indian politics. Another reason was also to break-up Pakistan, so that in the future, India could not be threatened from two fronts. This is one of the reasons why Pakistan wants to break up Kashmir from India as revenge.  |
