| Optio | Post; I'm in!!!I just found out Friday that my dependency waiver has been approved. I now have only to choose my MOS and be sworn in and I will officially be U.S. Army property. One question: I'm going to talk to a "counselor" to choose my MOS. I know virtually nothing about this process. Can anyone enlighten me as to what to expect? |

| Milforum Moderator ![]() | Be firm about the MOS you want and do not give in. If you have to walk out, do so - they will call you back. |

| Optio | Thanks. That's pretty much what everyone is saying. "Stick to your guns". I found out Friday is a holiday, so Thursday is the day I choose my MOS. I'm still leaning heavily toward EOD, if it's still available. |
