Sure.
Highlight the text you want the link to be clickable on. Then click this and insert the URL you want to direct us to in the little box that pops us.

Example: You want to say "See this thread: Iranian ex-presidents annouced uranium enrichment at industrial level."
Then highlight the words "this thread", click and type (or copypaste)
"http://www.military-quotes.com/forum/showthread.php?t=20483" in the little box. Then click ok and the words "this thread" will be shown as this thread. Works?
