How do I sell back my special effects options back to the PX for a third of the price, because when I've taken off the option, I get no money back.

Sorry, as it's stated in the PX explanation you'll get no refund for the special effects:

WARNING: When you buy one of the special effects it's not possible to sell them back to the store. You can cancel them, but you'll get no refund for them!! So be sure to use the test option before you buy!

Hmmm, that's weird. I was told that I could sell them back to the PX for a third of the price.

No the special effetcs...

But you can sell back the gear for 75% of the original price.

Redleg The fire is everything... Gear	No the special effetcs... But you can sell back the gear for 75% of the original price. It's all explained in the link above.
