Seabag full of sand and wrapped with riggers tape makes a good heavy bag.

You would be lucky if you found a seabag in Macedonia haha. Samo Zakaci neki siptar na lanac brate, to ti je dovoljno. Or just do it Rocky style, go to a butchers and start punching dead pigs.
