I hear ya, changing either in the car or at teh base is like a very time kind of thing. its a pain, but u gotta do what u gotta do. In the end it pays off.

It pays off for some...others may not get into it as much and spent 2-3 years doing nothing...

dedication pays off, depending on what your using it for. If your in CAP for a purpose...to become a stronger more disciplined person and or joinging the military....if you are dedicated(and it is seen) then in the end it will pay off
