| Tribuni Angusticlavii | Post; History of the Naval Uniform?Me and my Pop were wondering what the history of the Navy Whites are? Especially things like the flap behind the neck, the neckchief, and the bell bottoms. I imagine there must be some story behind it. Anyone know? Thx, FutureRANGER |
