http://platoonleader.army.mil/ if your path to the military is, like mine, via ROTC, this website will prove to be of more help with answering questions you didn't even know you had than you would believe.

It's free to register and get information from them...

Yea there usually a good bet, i get a newsletter in my email every week, and they have a decent fitness section.
