Write your HTML in notepad or WYSIWYG editor and save as either a .html or .htm file then upload the file to your geocites directory...

Your question is rather vague. I also think geocites might have a built in editor in your account control panel...

There should be an option in your geocities control panel.

Or you can use ftp access....

Remember you need to name your "main" page either index.htm or index.html
