a while ago, before we moved to this forum
someone posted a picture, heres a description of what i can remember

it was about some colonel and he took something like 40 terrorist prisoners, killed 39 of them and burried them in pig blood then let the last one go back, then the last part said something like "and we didnt have terrorist attacks again until 9/11"

if anyone finds this picture for me, i will give them 100 milbucks

reading the story...id say anyone who tried that in this "politically correct" society would be voted out before he got anywhwere near Major General....
