About Help with info on Army combat divers

Hello, I am trying to find out the most critical components of army combat rescue diving for a report. I looked over FM 20-11, and AR 611-75 and they have a lot of minor details, but don't really explain what a diver does. If anybody has any info or knows where I can find info about, say, the 10 major aspects that that are involved with army combat rescue diving, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
