| Tirones | Post; Help with Cadence callsSome how I ended up being the platoon Sgt in Army JROTC, I can be loud so that is why I call cadence, but lets face it I know 2 different calls. Anything would really help |

| Tribunus Laticlavius | Running cadence right? If you look online and "google" military cadences you will find some sites and probably will find some CDs as well. My favorite one (long to sing as well) is rework the lyrics to the song "16 Tons". Nice easy rhythm to work with.
