Help with accurate placement of insignia on M-65 Jacket

Hi everyone, I recently bought a genuine Vietnam era (68') M65 jacket (OG-107) & was wanting help about placement of historically accurate insignia as the jacket came only with the US ARMY branch tape. I was wanting to put a subdued 11th ACR patch on & subdued rank (did they ever put rank on the M65's sleeve?) & also an SSI on the right shoulder (haven't made my mind up yet which one).

Could anyone here steer me in the right direction?

Thanks

Are you asking about what unit, badges would look accurate or placement according to regs?

1 8th of an inch from the top for the unit patches. If it were me, I would put a non-extant unit for the combat patch myself. (Jungle Fatigues I wore when I played paintball in HS had MACV on it.)

I'm almost certain rank was placed on the sleeves. (it didnt go on the collar till c. 1969) Subdued sleeve rank in the grade you want isnt always easy to find though.
