| Optio | Post; HELLoHey, Hows everyone doing. I'm new to the forum and what not so just trying something new. Really signed up because i'm a CAP cadet and I will be a flight sergeant at this years 2005 ny wing encampment. I need some good motivaitonal checks and jodies/cadences. If you know any that are good for a flight called Foxtrot freedom fighters, that would be cool also. these need to appropriate, but funny; due to the fact that we will be at west point this year.
